Last night we had a great experience dining with Taylor! It was my first time in and she was very sweet and did a very thorough job explaining the menu. Will definitely be back again to dine in with her! Drinks were great, and the food was even better😊

If you're just coming for dessert, this place is 4.5⭐ s. If you're not, you're surely going to be disappointed. You pay for the experience, not the quality of food. Their sauces need updating, and they need to offer some more additional seasoning (salt, pepper, etc) for meats, otherwise, everything is rather bland and familiar tasting regardless of your choice of food. In sum: come for dessert or just don't come. Honorable mention: pineapple drink was good. But all of their $6 beverages are minimal in liquid and excessive in ice.

Our server Johnathan was super sweet and very personable. The other staff were pleasant as well. Food was equally delish, we had an amazing birthday dinner and dessert. Thank you melting pot

First timers and everything was so good! So much food for a good price and fun experience. Only complaint I had was that it took longer to cook the food than the timer said but otherwise perfect experience.

Braylin was our waitress and her service was phenomenal. She explained the ingredients while making our cheese fondue and it grew the table’s interest. She also gave us some extra dessert dippers because we loved the blondies and pound cake so much. 10/10 experience would highly recommend The Melting Pot. Food was one of a kind, it was my first time at a fondue restaurant, and it was amazing.
